Chicago Fair Trade

Chicago Fair Trade is a Chicago based non-profit that focuses on partnering with business that uphold and promote fair trade practices. These business range from jewelers to coffee sellers to interior decorators. With a wide breadth of business, the challenge was to grow an authentic following using their website and social media outlets. Using various analytics tools combined with strategic suggestions moving forward, we drafted a report highlighting what areas in their current plan were working and where they needed to improve.
